Bug Description:-.

Billing module > this field amount - equal to/ is not equal to / less than / grater equal than / less or equal than (data not proper search)
Billing module > this filed refill to - is not equal to / is equal to / less than / less than equal to / grater than equal to.

Expect result:-
user-wise valid data should be searched.
