[ASTPPCOM-926] Customer Invoice have Note should be display when i refill.

steps:-

1. https://communityv5.astppbilling.org/user/user_refill_report/
2. login as a reseller.
3. reseller customer refill a/c.
4. observe that Notes are not display in the Invoice bill.

Bug Description:-

when the customer refill and write any note this note is not displayed in the customer Invoice more reference attach video.
