The total amount of the calls that went through both of them is 56 calls. You can see on the red bar that today's calls are displayed as 35.</p> <p><span class="image-wrap" style=""><img src="https://jira.astppbilling.org/secure/attachment/36830/36830_image-2022-05-16-18-08-51-915.png" height="418" width="805" style="border: 0px solid black" /></span></p> <p>When I go to <b>Reports</b> -&gt; <b>Call Detail Reports</b> -&gt; <b>Customer</b></p> <ul> <li> <ul> <li>I can see that the amount of calls is indeed correct (according to the ones terminated from the trunks)</li> </ul> </li> </ul> <p><span class="image-wrap" style=""><img src="https://jira.astppbilling.org/secure/attachment/36829/36829_image-2022-05-16-18-12-21-017.png" height="89" width="739" style="border: 0px solid black" /></span></p> <p>Since there are calls missing from the dashboard, the debit amount and the profit is also wrong.</p> <p>Something else that I believe is wrong is the fact that any calls which were not answered, are probably displayed as failed calls.</p> <p> </p> <p>This installation is done in a VM with debian 10 and the v5 community script.</p> <p>To sum up, please confirm the following:</p> <ul> <li>Do you see the same behavior on todays/weekly/monthly calls?</li> <li>Should the calls that were not answered, be displayed as failed calls?</li> </ul> <p>Let me know if you need additional information.</p> ASTPPCOM-893

Can i use the same files? </p> <p>Hello <a href="https://jira.astppbilling.org/secure/ViewProfile.jspa?name=georgedal" class="user-hover" rel="georgedal">George Dalanai</a>, kindly please wait for confirmation, need to check on version 5.</p> <p>as we fixed it on version 6.</p> <p>we will share update here.</p> <p>Thanks</p> <p>Ashish Gohil</p> <p>Hello,<br/> After updating the 8 modified files at <a href="https://github.com/iNextrix/ASTPP/pull/681" class="external-link" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener">https://github.com/iNextrix/ASTPP/pull/681</a> I got the following analysis:<br/> Test basis: 6 calls were made before 9PM and 2 calls after 9PM.</p> <p>Admin Area:</p> <ul class="alternate" type="square"> <li>Regardless of the time, the Dashboard in the graphics part is reset throughout the day, without any movement.</li> <li>In the table on the side where the Daily and Monthly column is shown with the ASR, ACD, MCD, Total Calls, Debit, Cost, Profit data, it can be noted that before 9PM the Today column has all the data with the value 0 , and the This Month column shows inconsistent values.</li> <li>In the box in red Total Calls the top line Today is always 0 regardless of the time and in the total calls it only shows the calls made until 9PM.</li> <li>In the black Refills box, the top line Today is always 0 regardless of the time and in total it only shows refills made after 9PM.</li> <li>In the Trunk Statistics box until 9PM it shows the names of the trunks with all the correct data, but after 9PM it has no data, not even the names of the trunks are shown.</li> <li>In Billing&gt;&gt;Refill Report: it does not show any refills made in the system, not even filtering by other previous and subsequent dates.</li> <li>In Reports&gt;&gt;Call Detail Reports&gt;&gt;Customer: now it shows the 8 calls made throughout the day, congratulations.</li> <li>In Reports&gt;&gt;Call Summary Reports&gt;&gt;Customer Summary and also in Reports&gt;&gt;Call Summary Reports&gt;&gt;Provider: the error continues, it does not show any data, after clicking on the search magnifying glass then yes it shows the data only the 6 calls until 9PM, to show the report with the other two calls made after 9PM we must select until the next day for them to be shown.</li> </ul> <p>Customer Area:</p> <ul class="alternate" type="square"> <li>In the red box Todays Calls the value is always 0 at any time!</li> <li>In Reports&gt;&gt;CDRs: the problem was solved, now it shows the 8 calls made during the day, congratulations.</li> </ul> <p>Attached are customer.png and admin.png images showing the affected fields.</p> Relates ASTPPCOM-891 ASTPPCOM-1343 ASTPP Edition Category Development Edition RCA Rank 0|i044rz: Reproducibility Support Type
