[ASTPPCOM-845] CLONE - DID not displaying in search when try to search by using city and province which city and province name defined with space in customer login

1. Steps :-

login as admin.
Go to Inbound > DIDs > create.
create some DID by using city and province name with space. (for example:- city name= new delhi, province= uttar pradesh).
Now login as customer.
Go to Inbound > DIDs.
Click on purchase.
now try to search above created DID with "city" and "province" and check into Available DIDs.

2. Steps :-

login as admin.
Go to Inbound > DIDs > create.
create some DID by using city and province name with space. (for example:- city name= new delhi, province= uttar pradesh).
Now Go to Accounts.
Customers > Edit customers.
In left panel, Click on DIDs.
click on purchase.
Now try to search above created DID by using city and province and check into Available DIDs.

Actual result :- DID is not displaying into "Available DIDs."

Expected result :- DID should be display successfully.

Note:- This issues are also occurred in community v5.0 version.
