[ASTPPCOM-824] CLONE - Reseller unable to search customer of sub-reseller

Steps :-

Login as Reseller.
Go to Accounts > Customers.
click on search menu.
Select Sub-reseller from reseller dropdown and click on search button.
try to search customer of sub-reseller.

Actual result :- unable to search customer of sub-reseller. Sub-reseller's customer is not displaying into customers grid.

Expected result :- Reseller should be able to search customer of sub-reseller. Sub-reseller's customer should be display into Reseller's customer grid.

Note :- It should be also implement in both Community version and Enterprise version.
