[ASTPPCOM-806] Community version upgrade v4.0 to 5.0 - when try to install "international credits" addon, then it getting " Failed!! Unable to copy files to /usr/share/freeswitch/scripts/astpp/lib/ folder!!!"

Steps :-

Install ASTPP v4.0
Login as admin.
Go to Get Addon > Community > "International credit" addon.
Try to install "International credit" addon. (It should be install successfully.)

Actual result :- In version 4.0.1 setup, during "International credit" addon installation, it getting error as " Failed!! Unable to copy files to /usr/share/freeswitch/scripts/astpp/lib/ folder!!!"

Now Upgrade ASTPP version 4.0 to 5.0
After successful upgrade.
Login as admin.
Go to Get Addon >Community > "International credit" addon.
Try to install/upgrade "International credit" addon.

Actual result :- Also in version 5.0 setup, during "International credit" addon installation, it getting error as " Failed!! Unable to copy files to /usr/share/freeswitch/scripts/astpp/lib/ folder!!!"

Expected result :- 1. It should be install successfully in 4.0.1 setup.

2. after upgrade successfully, it should be upgrade successfully with new version.

3. If new version not available, then it should be work same as previous flow without again installation.
