[ASTPPCOM-749] Tooltip related issue in across the system.

Steps to Reproduce:-

--------------------~~In Admin/Reseller portal:~~--------------------------------

Login as Admin/Reseller.
Go to Accounts.
Go to Mass create customer.
Expected Result:- In timezone field, It should be display tool tip as as:- " Set proper Timezone for new account. NOTE : ASTPP does not support daylight saving by default. You will need to change the account timezone manually to handle that."

Login as Admin.
Go to Accounts.
Go to create provider.
Expected result :- In timezone field It should be display tool tip as as:- " Set proper Timezone for new account NOTE : ASTPP does not support daylight saving by default. You will need to change the account timezone manually to handle that."

Login as Admin/reseller.
Go to Accounts.
Go to SIP devices.
Click on create/edit SIP device.
Expected result:- 1. In username field :- Tooltip should be display as " SIP extension username".
2. In password field:- Tooltip should be display as " SIP extension password".

Login as Admin.
Go to Accounts.
Go to caller id.
Click on create/edit caller id.
Expected result:- In reseller field, Tooltip should be display as " Reseller account to which to this caller ID belongs".

Login as Admin/Reseller.
Go to Accounts.
Go to Reseller.
Click on create/edit Reseller.
Actual Result:- In Invoice Date Interval field, tool tip is missing. Expected Result:- In Invoice Date Interval field, tool tip should be available.

Login as Admin,
Go to Inbound.
Go to DIDs
click on Create DID
Actual Result:- In Buy Cost field, tooltip is displaying as " Define the Buy cost of the reseller or other entry. Buy cost is product purchase price 'with out' TAX. So when customer or reseller will order this product at that time the TAX amount will be applicable additionally" Expected Result:- In Buy Cost field, tooltip should be display as " Define the Buy cost of the reseller or other entry. Buy cost is product purchase price 'without' TAX. So when customer or reseller will order this product at that time the TAX amount will be applicable additionally"

Login as Admin,
Go to Inbound.
Go to DIDs
click on Edit DID
Expected result:- It should be display tooltip in all available field in Edit DID page.

Login as Admin,
Go to Inbound.
Go to DIDs
click on Import
Expected result:- It should be display proper tool tip in provider field.

Login as Admin,
Go to Tariff
click on Origination Rate.
Click on import
Expected Result:- It should be display a tool tip in Rate group and Force Trunk field.

Login as Admin,
Go to Carrier
click on Gateways.
Click on Create.
Expected Result:- It should be display a tool tip in "Channel" and "Dialplan variable" Field.

Login as Admin,
Go to Carrier
click on Gateways.
Click on Create. Actual Result:- In "Caller-Id-In-From" Field, tooltip is displaying as:-" 'Wehether' to replace the INVITE from user with the channel's caller-id".
Expected Result:- In "Caller-Id-In-From" Field, tooltip should be display as:-" Whether to replace the INVITE from user with the channel's caller-id".

Login as Admin,
Go to Carriers
click on Termination Rate.
Click on import
Expected Result:- It should be display a tool tip in Trunk List field.

Login as Admin,
Go to Carriers
click on Termination Rate.
Click on import with field map
Expected result:- It should be display a tool tip in Trunk List field.

Login as Admin,
Go to Services.
click on Products.
Click on create/edit.
Expected result:- It should be display a tool tip in Rate Group field.

Login as Admin/Reseller,
Go to Services.
click on Products.
Click on create/edit.
select package.
Expected Result :- 1. It should be display tool tip in Buy cost field as " Define the buy cost for the reseller or other entity. Buy Cost is product purchase price without TAX. so when customer or reseller will order this product at that time the TAX amount will be applicable additionally'".
2. In Reseller can resell field, tooltip should be display as "Define yes if reseller can resell it or no if admin create the package for his own purpose then reseller is unable to purchase the created package. If Admin wants to create personalized package then needs to set reseller can resell product "NO" so those product will not listed to reseller portal for the reselling purpose. This personalized product will be listed under the admin account so they can assign it to their customer manually."
3. In Can be purchased? field, tooltip should be display as:- " Select if customer can purchase this product or not. If yes then each customer can purchase it. If no then each customer see this package. then this package is for particular customer that admin can only assign to that particular customer "

Login as Admin,
Go to Services.
click on Products.
Click on create/edit.
select Refill.
Expected Result:- In Can be purchased? field, tooltip should be display as:- " Select if customer can purchase this product or not. If yes then each customer can purchase it. If no then each customer see this package. then this package is for particular customer that admin can only assign to that particular customer "

Login as admin.
Go to Switch.
Go to SIP profile.
Click on Create.
Expected Result:- 1. In SIP Port field tooltip should be display as " The port on which freeswitch profile is listing"
2. In SIP port field tooltip should be display as " The IP on which freeswitch profile is listing"

Login as admin.
Go to Switch.
Go to SIP profile.
Click on Edit SIP Profile.
Expected result:- 1. In SIP Port field tooltip should be display as " The port on which freeswitch profile is listing "
2. In SIP port field tooltip should be display as " The IP on which freeswitch profile is listing"
3. In Name field, should be available a proper tooltip.
4. In VALUE field, should be available a proper tooltip.

Login as admin
Go to Configuration.
Go to currencies.
click on create.
Expected Result:- In ADD Currencies menu, in all field it should be proper tool tip.

Login as admin.
Go to Configuration.
Go to Timezone.
click on create.
Expected result:- In Add Timezone menu, in all field it should be proper tool tip.

Login as admin
Go to Configuration.
Go to Timezone.
click on edit Timezone.
Expected result:- In Edit Timezone menu, in all field it should be proper tool tip.

Login as admin
Go to Configuration.
Go to Setting.
Go to calls.
Expected result:- In Rate check for DID field it should be available proper tooltip.

Login as admin
Go to Configuration.
Go to Language.
Select translations.
Expected result :- In create translation language page, it should be available proper tooltip in all field.

Login as admin
Go to Configuration.
Go to Language.
Select translations.
Expected Result :- In Edit translation language page, it should be available proper tooltip in all field.

Login as Admin.
Go to Accounts.
Go to Edit customer.
Go to In Left panel :-
Actual Result :- 1. in SIP device> Edit SIP device> nothing displaying any tool tip in edit SIP device page.
2. In caller id nothing displaying any tool tip.
3. In Left panel DIDs nothing displaying any tool tip.
4. In Left panel products nothing displaying any tool tip.
5. In Left panel Alert threshold, nothing displaying any tool tip.
Expected Result :- 1. in SIP device> Edit SIP device> it should be display proper tool tip in edit SIP device page for all field.
2. In caller id page, it should be display proper tool tip.
3. In Left panel DIDs, it should be display proper tool tip.
4. In Left panel products, it should be display proper tool tip.
5. In Left panel Alert threshold, it should be display proper tool tip.

==========================In Customer Portal=============================

Login as Customer. Go to Services. Go to Send Credit. Actual Result:- In Amount Field, tooltip is displaying as " Amount to transfer to othre account" Expected Result:- 1. In Amount Field, tooltip Should be display as " Amount to transfer to other account" 2. In From field, it should be a proper tooltip.

Login as Customer.
Go to SIP devices.
Click on create/edit SIP device.
Expected result:- 1. In username field :- Tooltip should be display as " SIP extension username".
2. In password field:- Tooltip should be display as " SIP extension password".
