[ASTPPCOM-716] New source code set-up giving error of calling card welcome file when access number dialed from calling card

Steps to Reproduce :

Set-up new community source code
Register with SIP device
Dial access number
Check call log

Actual Result : Error display in call log same as available in screenshot. As per discussion with Jaydeep Zala, astpp-welcome.wav file was not available at path - /var/www/html/astpp/upload/ and that's why this error was causing.

Expected Result : when new source code set-up, astpp-welcome.wav file should be available at path - /var/www/html/astpp/upload/
