Bug High Closed Done Manish Bachani Sandip Dhamecha Wed, 21 Apr 2021 15:22:50 +0530 Wed, 5 May 2021 15:31:50 +0530 Tue, 4 May 2021 18:57:05 +0530 0 2 29h 25m Hello below are the points that have been resolved now. 1) Now customers will get an email when their ticket is closed by admin. 2) When customers create two different tickets under two different departments and whey they get an email they receive 'from'(Email) which we configure in configuration->setting->notification instead of which we configure in the department while creating, now this issue has been resolved. 3) Changed status of ticket reply to Answered when admin edits any ticket. 4) Added loader when we create tickets. 5) Message changed when the ticket is replied by admin to 'Support ticket replied successfully' and on create/edit ticket added/edited ticket respectively. 6) Now when we click on the close support ticket button then only a pop-up will be displayed instead we click outside the area of that button. 7) '+' button will work now in the support ticket which is present at the bottom when we create a ticket. 8) Added Account filed in search and grid.
