[ASTPPCOM-478] Feature Request - Mixed Rate Groups (aka Packages) for Customers

                <project id="10608" key="ASTPPCOM">ASTPP Community</project>

It's will be good if integrate in customer profile instead of Rate Group - Package.

I'll explain:
For example I have 30000 international destinations with different originating rates, about 100 domestic destinations.
several customers have different rate politics, name as Package.

For example I have same rate politics to international destinations for all customers, but different rates for domestic destinations. I want to mix them.

Alternate example: in Rate Group I name "International 1", "International 2", "International 3" for groups and make similar originating rates;
For domestic Rate Groups: "Domestic 1", "Domestic 2", "Domestic 3", etc...
For Locals "Local 1", "Local 2", etc...

Create Package:

"Package A" - consists:
Rare Group | Markup | Free minutes (per month/day = 0 means no free minutes, but able to call and charged after free minutes expires)
International 1  |        0%        |   0
Domestic 2       |       10%       |   60
Local 5             |       0%         |    1000

Similar for "Package B", different mix, etc.

This will avoid having huge database for originating rates.

That feature I'm looking since introduced to ASTPP.
