[ASTPPCOM-396] subscriptions issue https://jira.astppbilling.org/browse/ASTPPCOM-396 ASTPP Community <p>The issue is this, if a subscription is added to the system, then assigned to a rate/package then a customer is added the subscription is not added to the customers account unless the subscription is edited and saved again.</p> ASTPPCOM-396

Please respond to it to reopen it.</p> <p>1. I first create a subscription and chose a rate group. Then in the customer account / billing settings / rate group I chose the rate group. However the subscription page for this customer is not updated accordingly. <br/> Plus, I can neither assign subscription to the customer manually. </p> <p>2. I have created an account for a customer. I assigned a specific rate group to this customer and saved it.
