                    <description>&lt;p&gt;Somewhere in the startup scripts...it is deleting /var/run/fail2ban/&lt;br/&gt;
which is causing fail2ban to not start unless you manually make the directory.&lt;/p&gt;

We have not face this issue in any centos server yet. &lt;br/&gt;
Will you please provide your setup information ?&lt;br/&gt;
Like OS, Version, How you install ASTPP and which version ?&lt;br/&gt;
Also pass link which you have used for installation.&lt;/p&gt;
