https://jira.astppbilling.org This file is an XML representation of an issue en-us 8.13.3 813003 14-01-2021 https://jira.astppbilling.org/browse/ASTPPCOM-1373 ASTPP Community <p>Hello,<br/> It is not possible to Import Customers using CSV file in version V6.0.<br/> It always gives the same error 'Error in CSV file'.</p> <p>The description says in file there must be columns: Number Translation,Out Callerid Translation,In Callerid Translation</p> <p>The Sample file which I download has no those columns.<br/> I have tried both with or without those columns, the error message is always the same.<br/> No even a single line/customer uploads.</p> <p>Anyone else experiencing this issue or has a clue what could be causing this failure?</p> <p>Thank you.</p> ASTPPCOM-1373
