[ASTPPCOM-1330] When we change the language then wrong value display in section of Up Time in dashboard.

Steps:

Log in as admin
Go to get addon page -> install Brazilian Portuguese Language and Romanian Language addon.
Relogging as admin.
change the language as Portuguese and Romanian
check the dashboard value.

Actual result : When we change the language then wrong value display in Up Time.

Expected result : When we change the language then proper value display in Up Time.
