(suppose selected extension number is 111)</li> <li>now go to sip device and click on sip routing option for above selected sip device.</li> <li>now enable user busy/not answer/ not registered option and then select any other sip devices (suppose for user busy - 222 )</li> <li>now registered SIP devices.</li> <li>now assign above ring group in any one DID.</li> <li>now Dial DID number.</li> <li>when above user is busy/not answer/not registered during call then observe as per set scenario.</li> </ol> <p> </p> <p>Actual result :-  when in ring group destination selected sip devices configured sip routing for user busy/not answer/not register then call didn't routing on selected sip devices</p> <p>Expected result :- when in ring group destination selected sip devices configured sip routing for user busy/not answer/not register then call should be route on selected sip devices.</p> <p>see videos or fs_cli logs :-  <a href="https://pastebin.freeswitch.org/view/6093d34d" class="external-link" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener">https://pastebin.freeswitch.org/view/6093d34d</a></p> ASTPPCOM-1296
