In sub-admin login, "<b>Download Sample File</b>" Button is not displaying.</p> <p>Expected result :- 1. in admin login when clicking on  "<b>Download Sample File</b>" Button, then sample file should be download successfully.</p> <p>2. In sub-admin login, "<b>Download Sample File</b>" Button should be available.</p> <p>See videos :- </p> <p> </p> ASTPPCOM-1155
