 Description   

STEPS:-
1. https://communityv5.astppbilling.org/user/user_invoices_list/
2. Login as an Admin.

Bug description:-
1. account >customer >customer >sip device = click on create button and code field tooltip not available.
2. Carriers > Trunk > = click on create button Remote id field toll tip not work. 
3. Carrier > Gateways > click on create and Dialplan Variable field tooltip not available.
    (NOTE:- caller id field have toll tip description keyword "INVITE" is capital.)

Expected:-
Should be required tooltips.

Tested Admin Account tooltip worked expected result.
