 Description   

Steps to Reproduce:
1) Log in as admin
2) go to accounts -> customer -> Create one customer
3) check invoice Note field lenght

Expected result: Invoice Note field allow maximum 200 character in field and also Note message not overlap in page

Solution: Here, Invoice Notes Max Length Set 110 Character. So its proper working.

In latest source Note allow only 110 character so close the Jira.
