 Description   

We are planning to develop a new addon name as Ring-Group in the community.

In this addon, we will give only forwarding on SIP devices only.

Also when Addon is installed we give the RG option in DID Call-type.

In the community, we didn't add an advance option or call screening in  RG.

Jira no 1167 and 1168 are not work proper so Reopen the main jira.

Verified in latest source v6.0

during retesting, ASTPPCOM-1168 not resolve fine as per description so reopened it.
