Description

We have to add Sip Device and gateway's status in Table not real time it is showing updated status on the page reload.

Estimated 16 Hours. So plan accordingly.

For this issue verification, we have a node in the testing server.

MR changes need node server and we does not provide node in community new version so reopen the jira.

Gateway and sip status display proper so close the jira.
