When the customer has a package applied, and also a localization, the call fails to go through with "Insuficient balance" error because the Localization is applied after checking the package free minutes prefixes in GET_PACKAGE_INFO. So GET_PACKAGE_INFO is called before GET_LOCALIZATION, when it should be the other way around. |

Alejandro Mejia This is the default ASTPP flow, package assignment will take place before applying localisation. Please let us know here in case of you have any further query. |
