 Description   

Steps:

(1) Install add on of Support ticket add on
(2) Now create one reseller and login with reseller
(3) Now check in Service menu and support ticket menu
(4) Now create one support ticket and check

Expected result : At reseller side support ticket record should be display.

Actual result : At reseller side support ticket created record is not display.

Working proper in V6.0 branch so close the jira.
