Yes records not work on GUI it's show X X file not found ،I use Version 4.0.1

Please follow below steps.

Before removing anything we request you to keep backup of it.

cd /var/www/html/astpp/playlist/example/media/

ls -la

rm recordings

mkdir recordings

ls -la

chmod -Rf 777 recordings

make sure you copied all old recordings files to new direcotry -

cp -rf /var/lib/freeswitch/recordings/*.wav /var/www/html/astpp/playlist/example/media/recordings/

Once changes applied please restart nginx service.

systemctl restart nginx 

Please check and confirm.

Goodday, 

As you have shared  the recording path from your side is below

/var/lib/freeswitch/recordings

So below step should work.

cp -rf /var/lib/freeswitch/recordings/*.wav /var/www/html/astpp/playlist/example/media/recordings/

this error should not come if the recording directory is as it is as you have shared.
cp: cannot stat ‘/var/lib/freeswitch/recordings/*.wav’: No such file or directory

Please share the screenshot of below command

ls -la  /var/lib/freeswitch/recordings/
