Hello,

 

We receive this error very often during the day and cause FS restart.

hello ,

I manage to overcome this issue with a clean installation of ASTPP 5.0 but using Debian 9.13 instead of Centos 7.9. Now i am facing another strange issue where i use calling cards IVR and authenticate succesfully , call was placed with no problem but when i press 1 in the IVR choices in order to call another number i receive the below error

[ERR] mod_lua.cpp:202 ...switch/scripts/astpp/lib/astpp.callingcard.functions.lua:598: attempt to index local 'userinfo' (a nil value)

Good day,

Please confirm once which ASTPP version you are using?

ASTPP enterprise or ASTPP community?

if you are using Community, we cannot provide any ent addon in the community version, Example: Multitenant PBX, 

If you are using the Enterprise version so please share with us the fs_cli log in Pastebin for the call.
