Hi everyone, I have opened this issue on the forum and was instructed to report it as a bug. https://forum.astppbilling.org/t/dashboard-stats-wrong-values/1213
As per my understanding the dashboard displays stats on a weekly base or monthly. I don't know if I am the only one that faces this issue so please confirm the following.
You can see I have 2 trunks. The total amount of the calls that went through both of them is 56 calls. You can see on the red bar that today's calls are displayed as 35.
When I go to Reports -> Call Detail Reports -> Customer
Since there are calls missing from the dashboard, the debit amount and the profit is also wrong. Something else that I believe is wrong is the fact that any calls which were not answered, are probably displayed as failed calls.
This installation is done in a VM with debian 10 and the v5 community script. To sum up, please confirm the following:
