 Description   

Steps :- 

  1. Login as admin.
  2. go to account > Reseller > Edit Reseller.
  3. set some LC Charges, (For Ex:- 1/per minute).
  4. now login as above reseller.
  5. go to Accounts > Customer.
  6. Edit any one customer and set LC charges. (For Ex:- 2/per minute).
  7. now register two SIP devices of 2 any Reseller's customer. (you can also register of LC charges Reseller's customer ).
  8. now dial SIP device number from above configured LC charges Reseller's customer Extension.
  9. when call disconnected go to Reports > CDRs and verify Call charges.

Actual result :- It considering as Free minute Call.

Expected result :- It should be apply LC charges per/minute.

Note :- You can also reproduce this issue by using any admin's customer as well.

when reseller configured as LC charges per minute for own customer, then Local Charges apply and debit charge as per lc charge worked as expected result.
