 Description   

I upgrade ASTPP from 4.0.1 to 5. All ok during the upgrade but when I access to web management is very slow and some pages no load.

Goodday,

While you try to access login page we request you to do inspect on browser and share us a network screenshot.

You can do inspect by right clicking on mouse and then you can select in network.

Do this only while you do login.

Also we have attached screenshot for your reference.

Let us know if anything.

We are not allow to use third party VPN or anydesk.

We request you to please provide ssh login.

We can share you our list of internal ip on which you can grant access.

Please whitelist below ip's and share ssh access for linux base system.

We have checked for access and we are able to login to your ssh server.

We also need GUI access in order to check GUI issue.

We request you to please whitelist your GUI access for shared IP.

For now we are unable to open it.

This IP is enable in my firewall, but the firewall rule no marked packets from your IP to port 443.

Your connection is drop before my firewall.

We have not made changes on our side and i check from remote connection and i can login properly. In my side i see that you can´t reach my public IP.

I can do a join tests. We can talk via Skype.
