 Description   

Steps :- 

  1. Login as admin.
  2. go to Get addon > community.
  3. install switch monitoring commercial addon.
  4. Now login as admin.
  5. go to Accounts > Role & permission.
  6. give permission regarding switch menus.
  7. Now login as Reseller. 
  8. go to Switch > Registered SIP devices.
  9. Enter valid License Key and click on  VALIDATE LICENSE button and observe.

Actual result :-  It displaying error as permission denied 

Expected result :-  I should be validate successfully.

As per discussion with Devang Nathwani sir, onlyu admin can validate the licence key and then admin should give permission to reseller to use this feature so moving to close.

Verified in latest source community  v5.0 working fine as expected. now need to verify into v4.0.1 version.
