Description

I have a postfix server on my Debian running normally with all applications.
Therefore, in ASTPP 5 whenever I put credit, for example, it keeps sending the email with the recharge amount and balance every 1 minute, when I go to Reports>>Email History the message is labeled "not sent " and the email only stops sending if I click the trash can icon to delete the message!

Do you mean you have issue with emails?

Or you are facing issue doing recharge.

Please share more details also let us know the flow to regenerate.

So we can check accordingly.
