in which language you got error and what kind of translation is not done in your portal? and please let us know for whole portal you didn't get translation of language or for any specific words.

and please let us know the ASTPP version you are using.

Hi, the language is Portuguese, but the error happens in any language. ASTPP version 5.
For the translation to work, the astpp/language/pt_BR/LC_MESSAGES/messages.mo file must also be modified! If I use Poedit the translation is perfect, but it has to be done externally.

Any changes I make to Configurations>>>Languages>>>Translations in any language are not reflected on the site!
But I found that when I access Configurations>>>Languages>>>Languages and click Update Languages only the file /web_interface/astpp/language/pt_BR/LC_MESSAGES/messages.PO is modified, and for the translation to take effect the messages file. MO also has to be modified. The proof is that if I manually change the messages.PO file by the poedit application and send it to astpp all the translations work perfectly. See the image below for the modification dates when I click on Update Languages, only the file with the extension PO is modified.

we are provide on .mo file only words which we have already created for translation.

and from your end if you are adding new words form configuration->language->translations, that words only add in to .po file, so only .po file will updated after adding words form translations.

I'm not adding new words, I'm changing several wrong words in the translation, and none of them after the change takes effect neither in the client area nor in the administrative area!

as you change or add both thing not added into .mo file, because that file is fix with our created words, if you modified anything or add anything then it will take as a new word for that and update only in .po file.

So please let me know how to carry out the translation fixes in the client and administrative area, as I've already tested both on Centos and Debian, and it doesn't work!

The words are already translated, but the words are translated into Portuguese from Portugal, and the right thing would be Portuguese Brazil!

This would be just 1 example, there are more than 50 word changes to be made, most in the client area.
I still don't understand why there is this option to change the translation if the function simply doesn't work, the correct thing would be to change the word and the change already reflects!

See another error I found in the Portuguese language in the administrative area: when I'm going to add credit for the client, I enter the amount and it simply stays stopped at the confirmation screen and the credit is not added!

You can change words translation from your end, as we are using google translated words and as per google translated words we put that words on translation, so if you find any mismatch words then you can change that accordingly and you can send PR for that as well.

and for recharge on Portuguese language error, we will work for it and resolve it soon and update you.
