Hi We have installed Version 5.0 Enterprise (Build : 20210730-153339) Reproduce steps 1) Make a resseller 2) Configure resellers mail settings 3) From reseller make a customer 4) Configure template for notifications for low balance for example. From reseller When a notification is send 1) It uses the template from admin 2) Reseller notification for emails shows that email has failed to send 3) From admin notifications emails shows correctly that they have send Normal behavior should be 1) Customers that belong in a reseller should use resellers templates for notifications and not admin 2) Reseller should see that emails have sent successful
