After entering the following commands:
mysql -u root -p astpp ALTER TABLE `mail_details` DROP column `cc`;
I then tried installing the ticketing module and got the following result: Copying file to web directories... Copy process completed for web directories!! Importing database queries... Database queries import process completed!! Module successfully imported!! Please re-login to get impact of addon!! Thanks! I guess this will need to be addressed in a future release |

This is not a ticketing system, but an ISSUSES system. Has the issue been resolved on ASTPP where the addon installation is completed without user intervention in the steps described above??? |
