 Description   

Steps :- 

  1. Install ASTPP community v4.0.1
  2. Login as admin.
  3. create some reseller/Customer account with billing schedule "Monthly".  (Suppose Billing schedule "Monthly", days = 16, 17, 19 or 20 oct)
  4. Now purchase some product (per day recurring/one time etc)
  5. Upgrade ASTPP version 4.0 to 5.0
  6. After successful upgrade.
  7. Login as admin.
  8. Go to invoices > and check invoice generated or not.

Actual result :- Invoice not generated which has set Billing schedule "monthly". Invoice has generated successfully which have Billing schedule "daily".

Expected result :- It should be generated successfully on selected date.

Verified in latest source v5.0 , after cloning this PR, change applied done, invoice generated successfully for both Billing Schedule monthly/Daily. Now i will verify this issue after Merge Successfully.

Verified in latest source after upgrade successfully, i have set scenarios for Postpaid invoice. So i will verify and update after 11/112021.

Verified in latest source community v5.0 version after upgrade successfully. Now invoice generated successfully for both monthly and daily billing schedule. working fine.
