 Description   
  1. Install ASTPP community v4.0.1
  2. Login as admin.
  3. Go to accounts > Customers  > SIP devices.
  4. See unnecessary SIP devices.
  5. Now Go to Tariff > Rate group 
  6. See  unnecessary rate group.
  7. Now Go to Tariff > Rate group 
  8. See  unnecessary origination rate.
  9. Now Upgrade ASTPP community version 4.0.1 to 5.0
  10. After successful upgrade.
  11. Login as admin.
  12. Go to accounts > Customers  > SIP devices.
  13. See unnecessary SIP devices.
  14. Now Go to Tariff > Rate group 
  15. See  unnecessary rate group.
  16. Now Go to Tariff > Rate group 
  17. See  unnecessary origination rate.
  18. observe all unnecessary default entries

Actual result - All unnecessary default entries are not removed.

Expected result :- All unnecessary default entries should be remove successfully. It should be display only one default SIP devices(4727985745) of default customer, only " default " rate group should be display, and default "1" origination rate should be display.

This issue is resolve, changes done regarding new setup of v4.0.1 there is extra unnecessary fields in OR, rate group and SIP devices that's removed.

Verified in latest community v5.0 source. Change applied done, now displaying  fine.
