 Description   

Steps :- 

  1. Install ASTPP v4.0
  2. Login as admin.
  3. Go to Get Addon > Community > install all available addon.
  4. Upgrade ASTPP version 4.0 to 5.0
  5. After successful upgrade.
  6. Login as admin.
  7. Go to Get Addon >Community 
  8. Observe all available addon version name.

Actual result :- after upgrade successfully, All community addon version name is displaying same as previous version.

Expected result :- after upgrade successfully, version name should be change as new version.

Verified in latest source, after upgrade in v5.0 version,

According to PR change request, after made some changes in local number addon, version name not changed of Local Number addon. and displaying as "installed" Button.

Expected result :- It should be change version name as " 2.0.0 ", and Button should be display as "update"

After upgrade successfully in community version v5.0, when try to update any language addon it getting below  databases error. 

Error Code : 1062
Error Message : Duplicate entry 'de_DE' for key 'languages.locale'
Error in this query : INSERT INTO `languages` ( `code`, `name`, `locale`) VALUES ('de', 'German', 'de_DE')

it should be update successfully without giving any error.

Verified in latest source, after upgrade in v5.0 community version. Still i am facing same above comment issue.

Verified in latest source, after upgrade in v5.0. Change applied done, working fine.
