 Description   
  1. Install ASTPP v4.0
  2. Login as admin.
  3. Go to Get Addon > Community > Switch monitoring.
  4. install Switch monitoring addon.
  5. Upgrade ASTPP version 4.0 to 5.0
  6. After successful upgrade.
  7. Login as admin.
  8. Go to Get Addon > Enterprise > Switch monitoring.
  9. click on "update" button of Switch monitoring addon.
  10. after update successfully, Re login as admin.
  11. now 
  12. Go to Get Addon > Enterprise > Switch monitoring.
  13. click on "uninstall" button of Switch monitoring addon.
  14. after uninstall successfully, Re login as admin.
  15. Now Go to Switch menu and observe submenu name.

Actual result :- switch monitoring submenus are displaying in Switch menus.

Expected result :- 1. switch monitoring submenus should be remove or it should not be display.

This issue is resolve, changes done regarding dropdown menu is not displaying.

Verified in latest source after upgrade in v5.0, working fine.
