 Description   

 

steps to reproduce:-

  1. Install ASTPP v4.0
  2. Login as admin.
  3. Go to Services > Products. > create free minutes package (20 minutes, country code -97) and after that assign to any admin's customer/Reseller's customer.
  4. now Registered SIP device which have assigned package to particular customer.
  5. now make some free minute call. (make 5 free minutes calls by using country code 97).
  6. Now go to Reports > product summary reports.
  7. Verify used minutes. (used minutes will be 5-minute and available minutes will be  15-minutes)
  8. Upgrade ASTPP version 4.0 to 5.0
  9. After successful upgrade.
  10. Login as admin/Reseller.
  11. Go to Reports > product summary reports.
  12. Verify product summary reports of the particular package.

Actual result :- Used minute is displaying as 00:00 in admin and reseller login.

It should be display as previous records in product summary report.

Hello Prashant Kumar, as i was checked for the issue, this issue is already resolved,

it's showing as per used minutes and available minutes after upgrade v4 to v5.

please check once from your end and let me know if anything.

Verified in latest source after upgrade in v5.0, currently working fine. i will keep monitoring product summary report records and after that i will update on Monday.
