Hello Tumelo Lathane, Do you mean by you have multiple gateway ip's you are registering on astpp. With the same provider ? And you want assign it to different customer account and not want to create termination rates for those different gateways? Please confirm if i am getting you right Thanks |

Hi Nikunj, Yes, we have multiple gateways and all are with the same provider. All gateways must use the same termination rate because the provider is the same. |

Hello Tumelo Lathane, In ASTPP if you need to use gateway for routing purpose then you will need to create trunk for that gateway. And in that gateway you will need to add termination rates as well. So as per your requirement , you can create different trunk and re-import those rates again. Thanks |
