 Description   

Steps to reproduce :

  1. Login as admin
  2. Go to configuration menu
  3. Click on template
  4. Email status is inactive for Forgot password confirmation
  5. Verify notification is working

Expected result :

  > Notification should not be working when email status is inactive.

Verified in latest source, after upgrade in v5.0 community version, change applied done, working fine.
