 Description   

Steps to reproduce :

  1. Login as customer of reseller
  2. Go to product menu
  3. Purchase any product
  4. Back to reseller login
  5. Go to commission report
  6. Verify commission is received properly
  7. Login as admin
  8. Go to email history 
  9. Then verify "product_commission" notification is not displayed

Expected result :

 > "product_commission" notification should be displayed properly.

This issue is resolve, changes done regarding product_commission notification visible in Email history.

Verified in latest community v5.0 source, change applied done working fine.
