 Description   

Steps to reproduce :

  1. Login as customer
  2. Go to service menu
  3. Click on order new
  4. Select any product
  5. Try to purchase with account
  6. Verify "You can not purchase any new product when your calls are running!" message is displayed 

Expected result :

  > Product should be purchased successfully when calls are not running.
