 Description   

Steps to reproduce :

  1. Login as admin
  2. Go to configuration menu
  3. Click on setting menu
  4. Click on payment methods
  5. Paypal Tax set and save
  6. Login as customer
  7. Go to service menu > Top up
  8. Select refill and click on payapl
  9. Verify Paypal Tax rate is not apply in recharge amount

Expected result :

 > PayPal Tax rate should be apply in recharge amount.

This issue is resolve, changes done regarding in GUI paypal taxes is not displaying. working fine.

Pay with paypal option not available in customer login, so i am unable to check this issue.

as i was checked, its working fine from my end. and button will display at the time of when paypal status is enable and button is remove at the time of paypal status is disable.

This concern is resolved and will be added in upcoming version release.
