 Description   

Steps to reproduce :

  1. Login as admin
  2. Go to configuration menu
  3. Click on setting menu
  4. Click on payment methods
  5. Paypal is disable
  6. Login as customer
  7. Go to service menu > Top up
  8. Select refill and click on payapl
  9. Verify paypal is working

Expected result :

  > Paypal option should not be displayed when Paypal is Disable.

This issue is Resolve, changes done regarding when paypal status is disable pay with paypal button is not displaying.

This issue is resolve, changes done regarding whole payment which was done by paypal is disable.
