Sub admin - DID release success message is displayed but DID is not release in reseller. Steps to Reproduce:= =================================== Steps to reproduce : 1. Login in Sub-Admin 2. Go to inbound menu 3. Click on DIDs 4. Click on release button. 5. After released successfully from customer, then again click on release button. Verify that DID release success message is displayed but DID is not release for reseller. Expected result : > DID should be release when try to release DID. > See attached video. |

When sub-admin released any did then it is released from a reseller and a successful release message is shown. |

Issue verified, but when click on release button, then DID is release successfully from customer portal then its fine, but in admin portal, it displaying also in reseller column as release. When login as reseller and verify DID list, then DID is displaying in "DID purchased" grid. Expected result:- 1. When first time click on Release button, then it should be release from customer portal and after released successfully, DID status should not be changed in DID grid. In admin/sub-admin DID grid "Account" column only it should be display as " -- ". 2. When again click on release/Force release, then it should be release successfully from reseller portal and DID status should be change as "Assign Number". In admin/sub-admin DID grid "Account" column and Reseller column should be display as " -- ". See Attached video |
