Hi Created a customer & opted for Allow Recording, But unable to have recording on Customer Portal & CDR Reports . it says recording unavailable. However recording are available in /var/lib/freeswitch/recordings/ folder. Kind Regards |

Mohammas ShoaibTry once by changing path here: https://github.com/iNextrix/ASTPP/blob/v4.0.1/web_interface/astpp/application/config/config.php
Set recording path = /var/lib/freeswitch/recording
Some specific time this issue face so you can check once. |
