 Description   
  1. Remove account less default sip device, as show in attached screen shot
  2. Remove origination rates other then '1'
  3. Reduce default customer account's balance from 677 to 5
  4. Increase default customer CC limit from 1 to 5 so test sip2sip call don't have issue
  5. Remove rate groups other then 'default'
  6. There is an extra Company Profile without reseller or another admin account we should remove that; PFA screen shot
  7. Administrator company profile having dummy local ip set as domain, we should remove that; PFA screen shot
