Our customer is not able to register Request you to please check

As you can see request comes from "111.93.228.166:11533" and in contact we can see its "sip:962@122.168.123.198:34512"

we've added a param for this concern.
Can you please ask your client to deregister & register the SIP device again.
It'll resolve your issue.
