 Description

I am evaluating ASTPP for about a week now, and I cannot find some calls in the customer and provider outbound CDR report. I discovered all records after 7:00 PM EST appears the next day. I am on US & Canada Eastern Time (GMT -05:00) and from the forum, I gather the program is using (UTC) time which happens to be exactly 5 hours ahead. So it seems the CDR search is not correctly converting and displaying calls to the customer's timezone. To view all calls for for 2018-11-15, I have to set the From Date 2018-11-15 05:00:00 and To Date: 2018-11-16 04:59:59.

The latest documentation shows the Timezone settings at:
[Configuration] -> [Settings] -> [Global-Settings]
In V3.6, these settings don't exist.

Instead, I have found and set the Timezone in the following areas:
[Configuration] -> [Settings] -> [Signup]
[Accounts] -> [Customers] -> [Customer]
[Accounts] -> [Customers] -> [Provider]
[Accounts] -> [Admins] -> [Admin]

[~aikajee] , As you mention that you are from US & Canada Eastern Time (GMT -05:00), So set this time [Accounts] -> [Admins] -> [Admin] you will get CDRs entry in your timezone.

As per my initial issue statement, It was setup correctly at initial
configuration. See below. But displays records based on UTC, not local time.

[~aikajee] Image is not visible which you attach, please send it again

As explained earlier, the latest documentation at https://astpp.readthedocs.io/en/v3.6/Modules/Configuration/global_settings.html shows the Timezone settings at: [Configuration] -> [Settings] -> [Global-Settings]
However, the image on this page shows version 3.0. In V3.6, these settings are not found on the Global Settings page.

Instead, I have found and set the Timezone in the following areas:
[Configuration] -> [Settings] -> [Signup]
[Accounts] -> [Customers] -> [Customer]
[Accounts] -> [Customers] -> [Provider]
[Accounts] -> [Admins] -> [Admin]

The image I sent via email basically shows the Admin settings:
Country: Canada
Timezone: (GMT-05:00) Eastern Time (US & Canada)
Currency: Canadian Dollar (CAD)

The dashboard graph is correct. This issue is only effecting [Call Reports] -> [Detail Reports] -> [Customer] CDRs Report page. Every call after 7 pm is not shown on the report. It appears in the next days report.

Yea i agree with you that https://astpp.readthedocs.io/en/v3.6/Modules/Configuration/global_settings.html is showing image of V3.0.

And i verified this scenario based on previous comment :
[Accounts] -> [Admins] -> [Admin]
Admin settings:
Country: Canada
Timezone: (GMT-05:00) Eastern Time (US & Canada)
Currency: USD and it seems fine.

Will you please share video/screen shot of Customer CDRs report with before & after change Timezone both for specif day/customer.

Hi, I've been testing and I've experienced the same issue.
I attach images where it is observed that when making a search of the records of the 12/01/2019, it is showing records from 11/01/2019.

The same issue is observed in the dashboard, where calls from the previous day are reported.

The time zone is correctly set in GMT-5

To avoid any discrepancy set admin's and system's timezone same and then search.

Hello,

The php.ini, Astpp Admin, and customers are set in the same time zone.

Exist any other place to config this that I don't know?
