Closing this because of no activity since long time. Please respond to it to reopen it.
1. I first create a subscription and chose a rate group. Then in the customer account / billing settings / rate group I chose the rate group. However the subscription page for this customer is not updated accordingly.
Plus, I can neither assign subscription to the customer manually.
2. I have created an account for a customer. I assigned a specific rate group to this customer and saved it. Then each time I try to edit the subscription it changes the balance of the customer.
We'll check and respond.

2. You mean if you edited amout from 5 to 12 then it should deduct only difference 7?

When i create an account and add balance 100 euro and also assign to a rate group with subsrciption, the balance update in the account but the mail containing #BALANCE# doesn't update.
When the customer creates the account and he choose later a subscription (plan) , i can't assign the subscription (when i change the rate group on the customer profile.

1.add concurrent channels on subscription as an option?
2. on signup could you add rate group as an option to the user?
