 Description   

Hi guys,

AS we know when an account is deleted it remains in the database marked with a "1" in the "deleted" table. The problem is that a when a service subscription is added to a Tariff group that the deleted account was assigned to, the account's email still gets notified that a service subscription was added to their account.
